Prepare the Laboratory Workspace
Ensure you're working in a clean, sterile environment. Wash your hands thoroughly and sanitize your work surface. Remove both the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water from refrigeration and allow them to reach room temperature.
Calculate Required Volume
Determine how much bacteriostatic water you need based on the required research concentration. Use the calculator above or refer to the reconstitution table on your product page.

Sterilize Vial Tops
Use an alcohol swab to thoroughly clean the rubber stopper on both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial.
Draw Bacteriostatic Water
Using a sterile syringe, carefully draw the calculated amount of bacteriostatic water from the vial.
Add Water to Peptide Vial
Insert the needle through the rubber stopper of the peptide vial. Aim the needle at the inside wall of the vial.
Allow Dissolution
Once all the water has been added, gently swirl the vial in a circular motion. The peptide should dissolve within 1–3 minutes.
Inspect the Solution
Once fully dissolved, the solution should be clear and free of any particles or cloudiness.
Store Properly
Immediately after reconstitution, store the vial in a refrigerator at 2–8°C. Keep upright and protected from light.

COMMON MISTAKES TO AVOID
Shaking the Vial
Vigorous shaking can damage peptide structures. Always use gentle swirling motions instead.
Spraying Directly on Powder
Injecting water directly onto the powder can cause aggregation. Aim at the vial wall instead.
Using Plain Sterile Water
Always use bacteriostatic water containing benzyl alcohol to prevent bacterial contamination.
Improper Storage
Reconstituted peptides must be refrigerated. Room temperature storage dramatically reduces shelf life.
Not Sterilizing
Always clean the rubber stopper with alcohol swabs before each draw to prevent contamination.
Freezing After Reconstitution
Once reconstituted, never freeze peptides. Refrigerate only at 2–8°C.

Q: Can I use sterile water instead of bacteriostatic water?
A: No. Sterile water lacks the benzyl alcohol preservative that prevents bacterial growth. Bacteriostatic water is essential for multi-dose vials to maintain sterility throughout the usage period.
Q: What should I do if the peptide doesn't dissolve completely?
A: Continue gentle swirling for a few more minutes. Some peptides may take up to 5 minutes to fully dissolve. If particles persist after 10 minutes of gentle swirling, contact customer support before using the product.
Q: Can I reconstitute the entire vial at once or should I do it in portions?
A: Always reconstitute the entire vial contents at once. Partial reconstitution can lead to inaccurate dosing and peptide degradation. Calculate your desired concentration based on the full vial amount.
Q: Is it normal for the solution to have a slight color?
A: Most peptide solutions should be clear and colorless. Some peptides may have a very slight tint, but any significant discoloration, cloudiness, or visible particles indicates potential degradation. Do not use and contact support.
